Al Mithaliyah Printing Press (EnvoIdeal) launched its new production line for paper envelopes under the auspices of Khalid Muhammad Al Zubair, Managing Director of The Zubair Corporation; the event was attended by members of the executive management of The Zubair Corporation, in addition to advisers and team members of the Zubair Small Enterprises Centre (Zubair SEC).
EnvoIdeal for paper envelops production is one of Zubair SEC’s members and winner of the Direct Support Programme for the year 2015 provided by the Centre as a platform to generate positive competitiveness among its members.
The event marks the launching of the first envelops printing press of its kind in the Sultanate, established by its owners Habib Jum’a Al Kindi and Yusuf Thani AlJabri. It supports production of all kinds of paper envelopes using environment friendly materials and provides printing and graphical designing services as well. The working mechanism and standards applied at EnvoIdeal gives highest consideration to environment friendly practices, hence demonstrating their social and environmental responsibility as a private sector enterprise.
Khalid Muhammad Al Zubair, Managing Director of The Zubair Corporation said: “Since the launch of Zubair SEC, we have been keen on creating a differentiating value for small enterprises through their sustainability, success, and positive impact on the society. As such, Zubair SEC team have been working step by step with the owners of small enterprises to guide them in their business endeavors. The distinctive feature that stands out in EnvoIdeal Printing Press is its positive environmental impact that will also have its effect on waste management and recycling practices; a remarkable achievement for Yusuf Al-Jabri and Habib Al Kindi”.
He added: “Today, we are delighted to take part with the founders of EnvoIdeal in the inauguration of its new production line. This small project is the first project of its kind in the Sultanate that adopts green practices, and in The Zubair Corporation, we are happy and proud to witness one the Zubair SEC members achieving such success on a small project level and we hope to celebrate in the coming days more small businesses with a similar responsible vision”.
Yusuf Al-Jabri, owner of EnvoIdeal, said: “In the beginning I would like to extend my thanks to Zubair SEC for their genuine support that yields the success of this project. I especially thank Mr. Khalid Al Zubair for his presence in today’s ceremony to inaugurate the launch of the new production line which gives us great support and encouragement to continue our progress and success”.
He added: “We had the idea of the project for two years and strived to plan and worked hard to establish the project in order to turn it into a reality and contribute to the industrial sector through integration with other various industries in the Sultanate. The launch of this new production line is a major step forward in the expansion of the marketing of our product, especially after having signed a number of contracts with prestigious companies to market our product. The production idea of EnvoIdeal is the first of its kind in the Sultanate and contributes directly to preserving the environment. I am also pleased to extend my sincere thanks to all colleagues and supporting entities and individuals who contributed to this achievement, particularly Al Rafd Fund and Zubair SEC”.
He added, commenting on his membership in Zubair SEC: “After having joined Zubair SEC and received a most needed support and follow-up, we are honestly and sincerely acknowledging that Zubair SEC has stood out amongst other incubators, chiefly for its long-term vision towards supporting the establishment of enterprises that are able to keep pace and meet market needs, succeed in overcoming obstacles and challenges, and create wealth and distinction, which in turn will contribute with high added value to the national economy and in the sustainable development of the country”.
It is worth mentioning here that EnvoIdeal, in collaboration with Zubair SEC, has recently signed a sales agreement with Blue Vision Inc. The singing of this contract was one of the fruits of the Zubair SEC Direct Support Programme won by EnvoIdeal for the year 2015.
