This workshop, held by one of our most engaged mentors, Mr Nauzer Nowroji, will help attendees understand the importance of analyzing their customers while designing their business around customer needs and ways of thinking.
The workshop will provide practical exercises and lots of engagement towards equipping attendees on how to best cater for their customer needs, how to position their brand in a customer-oriented manner, and how to maintain growth and success through keeping up to date with the changes that take place on the customer side.
