With creative inputs from Zubair Small Enterprises Centre (Zubair SEC), its member Nasser Abdullah Nasser Al Mawali’s company Aljoud Mill has unveiled new packaging in a move to better present its products and enhance market positioning.
Nasser Al Mawali, founder of Aljoud Mill is the winner of the fourth edition of the Direct Support Programme 2017 organised by Zubair SEC. He has been running a successful grinding mill since the launch of its business.
The newly packaged Aljoud Mill products will be rolled out across all supermarkets and stores across the Sultanate. Created to appeal to new and existing customers, the updated packaging design aims to highlight the brand’s promise and business vision. Available in red and blue colours, the product packaging is sold in 200, 500 and one kg packets. The colours red and blue have been selected to draw attention to the product since it is said to stimulate the senses and attract the potential customer.
Nasser Al Mawali received wide-ranging advisory and guidance from the experts at Zubair SEC for the new packaging for Aljoud Mill products including lentils, cereals, legumes, beans, spices, coffee, and flour. Blue colour packing has been used for cereals and legumes and red have been used for spices.

Aljoud Mill had unveiled its new brand identity and logo during an exhibition organised for SMEs at the Muscat Grand Mall (MGM) from February 28 to March 2 as an initiative by Zubair SEC. The new logo and brand identity underlines what Aljoud Mill stands for as a brand. The new identity and logo reinforces brand recognition and assures consumers they are engaging with a trusted Aljoud Mill product. The modified logo and brand identity will be used in packaging of different types of products including beans, spices, coffee, and flour. The updated brand identity and logo reinforces the company’s position as a top quality grinding mill.
